Jeff Willmore was born in Toronto in 1954. He pursued studies in Design prior to completing a Diploma of Fine Art at Fanshawe College in 1980. He has exhibited on a consistent basis since that time in public and commercial galleries throughout Ontario, establishing a strong regional profile.
